About us

Craftsman and Wolves offers an ever changing menu of pastries, cakes, breads, croissants, confections, confitures, desserts, and light fare seven days a week. This rotating offering has garnered accolades in Bon Appetit, GQ, Martha Stewart, Food & Wine, and Food Network's 'Best Thing I Ever Ate,' featuring our infamous 'Rebel Within' muffin. Executive Chef Sam Ceccotti leads our Workshop team in creating and producing the numerous striking and delectable pastries.

The name is a recognition to the individual's relentless pursuit for perfection and the team spirit to work toward a common goal.
